Company and project sources of income.
1st - Project NFTs
The company Cripteracia Ltd. sells NFTs made by the designer's team.
Our first NFT is called Lucrar pass. The Lucrar Pass NFT (Non-Fungible Token) are collectible and unique digital assets that are on the blockchain.
To obtain the NFT Lucrar Pass it is necessary to buy the NFT ‘blindbox’, the price is around 50 euros but in LCRs (Lucrar tokens).
The company uses the 'Oracle' technology (a bridge between the blockchain and the real world). When someone buys the 'blindbox' at the price of 55 euros or more (or cheaper than 45 euros), then the smart contract updates the NFT mint price to around 50€ worth of Lucrar tokens. The team can also manually update the mint price to around 50€ worth of Lucrar tokens whenever the mint price is more expensive than 55 euros or cheaper than 45 euros.
The 'blindbox' will be available on April 22, 2022. The Lucrar Pass can also be sold or bought in the future when the team finishes the site's NFT Marketplace. However, the NFT price will be decided by the owner. The estimated time for the marketplace launch is 1 month after the Lucrar Pass NFTs have all been sold, or 3 months after the project launch (about July 15, 2022).
The Lucrar pass NFTs can have up to 10 extras which are represented by different triangles. If the pass has more extras, the rarity is greater. There are 5120 different combinations, with the 10 extras ranking as follows (in ascending order):
Each pass has a different number. If it is a number from the Fibonacci sequence the NFT is more rare – up to 5120 there are only 18 numbers: 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, 34, 55, 89, 144, 233, 377, 610, 987 , 1597, 2584 and 4181.
"First Buy Advantage NFTs"
The "First Buy Advantage NFTs" is an initiative from the Lucrar project to make NFTs more useful (creating more utility). The “First Buy Advantage” are advantages obtained on the first purchase (mint) of the respective NFT (these advantages cannot be obtained when buying NFTs in the secondary market).
Some examples of these ‘advantages’ are when purchasing (mint) a silver, gold, or diamond pass and getting a discount on a course or service. Or, for example in future goals, be a physical object associated with the NFT mint (like a wine, or other types of products).
Lucrar Pass NFTs
The Lucrar Pass NFTs smart contract is identified by 0xF73d48946866D30793117F1D5dA35D782c54046C.
The rarest passes are those that have gotten all the 10 extras regardless of their class (there are only 5 out of 5120 - that's approximately a 0.1% probability). As shown in the following example:
There are 5 types: bronze, silver, gold, diamond, and special. Each rarity has different advantages available:
Bronze – 1024 units from 5120 – 20% chance to get it.
Access to a private discord channel about the project.

Private channel on discord
Anyone with the NFT Lucrar Pass can access the private discord channel and vote on important decisions for the project (like a DAO).
A DAO is an autonomous decentralized organization whose objective is to vote and decide together on the best path for the project to proceed. The company presents ideas in the private discord channel and the majority of voters decide whether the proposal goes forward or not.
NFT Blindbox
To purchase a Lucrar Pass NFT it is necessary to buy the 'blindbox' found on the main page of the lucrar.pt website. If the NFTs are fully sold then it will only be possible to purchase this NFT on the lucrar.pt marketplace when it comes out.
The price of the Blindbox (around 50€ worth of Lucrar tokens) doesn’t count with the gas/commissions but the company is using the Binance Smart Chain to be much cheaper than the Ethereum network.
The 5120 NFT editions of the Lucrar pass are the limit. No more will ever be made, but in the following months and years, we are able to make different Blindbox offers.
The Exclusive Event
The event will take place sometime between September and December 2022 at EXPONOR in Porto, Portugal.
The event will be all day long (from 9 am to 7 pm, GMT+0) and it will have many speakers talking in Portuguese about different topics in the financial sector. The first speaker will be Gustavo Araújo talking about the project.
The auditorium has a capacity of 945 seats (only people with a “Special” or "FULL EXTRAS" pass can enter the event - unless there are seats left).
There will be an employee responsible for checking the NFTs and allowing entry.
Between 8:00 am and 8:45 am only enter those who have the “Special” or “FULL EXTRAS” pass, the following 15 minutes only enter the remaining people if there are still seats and at a cost greater than a 'blindbox'.
The company intends to use the auditorium's hall with 1010 square meters to place corporate stalls whose purpose is to make their financial solutions known to anyone who is interested.
The event will be organized according to the day's schedule, which will include the schedules, breaks, as well as the name of the speakers and their themes.
If the capacity exceeds the maximum number of seats, the company is responsible for compensating the respective 84 people with the “Special” pass who do not have a seat.

The entrance is very close to the auditorium and the Hall to facilitate travel within the establishment. There is a parking facility with about 2500 spaces.
Event schedule
2nd - Courses
The company Cripteracia Ltd. sells Portuguese courses related to personal finance. The company is also creating English courses and they will be released this year. The first English course will be "How to Invest in Crypto".
However, the company does not give financial or investment advice. The courses have an educational and pedagogical purpose in the financial area. Each person should do their own study before investing.
“How to invest from 0”
The aim of the portuguese course “How to invest from 0” is to teach how to invest and earn money passively in the medium and long term.
Some course topics are investment types, emergency reserve, investor profile and associated risks, basic technical analysis, fundamental analysis, how to declare capital gains taxes, digital banking, book suggestions, support groups, and more.
"How to invest advanced"
This Portuguese course contains all the author's knowledge about trading and investing with a high risk/return. They are the best ways and techniques, according to the author's knowledge, to profit and optimize earnings within the variable income for the respective level of risk.
"How to invest in crypto"
This beginners course is in English and it is about the first steps in the blockchain and cryptocurrency world. The company will release the course and it will be fully finished in 2022.
"How to invest free"
A non-profit Portuguese course and it's purely about helping as many people as possible by teaching them how to invest and make money passively. This is an organized way based on the videos available on the Workolic youtube channel.
"How to start with a website and earn money"
The company created a completely free course in Portuguese on how to make money with a blog, youtube or website by associating with Adsense, optimizing speed and SEO, being approved by google, increasing earnings, and how to declare earnings from Adsense.
"How to invest in real estate"
The company will develop a Portuguese course for the real estate sector after hiring specialists in the area.
The course will aim to teach everything related to real estate from scratch, how to find opportunities, remodeling, construction, Fix&Flip, property valuation, market studies, direct and indirect costs, housing credits, alternatives, and much more.
3rd - Services
The company Cripteracia Ltd. initially has one monthly paid service that shares the most recent news about the company and project.
"Project news"
The price of this service is 30 euros per month. However, it is possible to get a 25% discount if you get a Silver Lucrar pass, a 75% discount if you get a Diamond Lucrar pass NFT, or permanent access if you get a FULL EXTRAS Lucrar pass NFT.
This service includes the project news in advance, simplified documents about the company results and income allocation, and the DAO decisions for the Lucrar project path.
Here's an example of the monthly document of the company results and income allocation. There is only the Portuguese version yet but the company is preparing to release this service in English.
Other services
Another service is the clarification of doubts related to any topic addressed in the project or suggestions for other services assistance like accounting, advocacy, math explanations, data centers, marketing, and more. The customer must request a quote and explanation of what clarification or assistance needs in order to provide an indicated price for the service.
4th - Youtube
The company Cripteracia Ltd. also has two youtube channels in Portuguese (Workolic) and in English (Lucrar). Both channels' revenue from google Adsense advertising goes to Cripteracia Ltd. income to reach the company goals quicker.
5th - Articles
The company Cripteracia Ltd. has a feature that some articles can only be seen if the customer pays with the Lucrar token.
Any user is allowed to send an article proposal and choose the value of the article in LCR. However, only high-quality articles are selected and approved (mostly related to financial's topics).
The website technology allows to automatically receive the payment in “Lucrar tokens” (LCR) in a few seconds directly to the digital wallet.
The author always receives 90% of the earnings from the article. 10% for the company, contributing to the development and evolution of the project.
The exposure of the website and the project is also increasing, so there are more people who may be interested in the respective article and in the long term it may become a great source of income without investing money.
SEO also helps to increase the ranking of the article in search engines (like Google), so it is important to choose the correct “keywords” and be compatible with the excerpt/title/text in the Labels field.
